Our team is committed, communicative and creative in what they do and deliver. We have grown from 2 to 40 member team in last three and half years. Average age group is 21 years. Team members are from different parts of Karnataka and come with different culture. Team is a mix of professionals and graduates and we focus on Corporate Law, Tax, Audit & Assurance and consulting.

  • Sharad specializes in audit and assurance, Direct Tax and GAAP convergence services . He has over 14 years of experience including his past stints in the Audit, Operations, Direct Tax wings of Deloitte and Shell India Markets Private Limited.. He takes active part in Due Diligence reviews and valuations.

As part of his experience with Shell India Markets Private Limited he worked extensively in the areas of Planning and Budgeting at London and handled roles of Economics and Assurance Advisor for Shell Retail India.
